The revenue and the team are there, and you are still the one they call when anything goes sideways.
I never worked in trades before I walked into All Hours Plumbing, Heating and Air. I walked out with a $20M sale, the owner out of the building more than 100 days that final year, and the business ran without him. That is what I build.

Where do you want to start?
01
You have revenue and a team. You are still the one everyone calls when something goes wrong. There is a way out of that.
See consulting02
You are a GM, COO, or working toward it. You want access to someone who has done the job and can help you think through it.
The Operator Room03
You are leading at a high level. You want to work on yourself as much as the business. Most people leading at that level have figured out those two things are the same problem.
Let's talkWho this is for
The revenue is there and the team is there, and you are still the one they call when anything goes wrong. The company grew past what was built around it. That is the gap I go in and fix.
Proof of work
Revenue. Losing $500K a year. 75 employees. January 2020.
Revenue. 17% profitability. 130 employees. Sold August 1, 2023.
Start to completed sale. All Hours Plumbing, Heating and Air.
I had never worked in trades before I walked through those doors. Two months in, COVID hit. That first year was survival mode, figuring out an industry I had never been in, in the middle of a shutdown nobody had a playbook for. When the books closed at the end of 2020, the loss was $500K. That is when the real picture became clear, and that is when we got serious.
We built. Department SWOT analysis. Managers presenting to their peers every quarter. Anonymous employee feedback installed as a permanent system. Leadership development at every layer of the company. The revenue went from $12M to $20M. The team grew from 75 to 130 people. PE firms called because of the revenue. The multiple they paid came from everything else we had built around it.
By the final year, the owner was out of the office more than 100 days. The phones got answered. The jobs got done. The team kept going. That is the outcome I build toward in every engagement I take on.
What I bring
I talk to the owner, the managers, the people on the floor. I run the numbers, pull anonymous employee feedback, run department-level SWOT analysis. Three people tell me the same thing? That gets looked at first. One person mentions the same customer issue twice? That is a training gap. I am assembling a picture the owner cannot see because they are inside it. When I sit down with you, I already know what is broken.
My background is in retail management and fashion merchandising, which means I was trained to think about every touchpoint in an experience. I bring that same lens into any business. What does a customer feel from the moment they find you to the moment they pay? What does an employee feel from their first week to their fifth year? Those questions lead to changes most operators never think to make.
I have managed half a million dollar productions — video shoots, photo shoots, imported fixtures, full logistics — and worked directly with Fortune 50 companies on corporate strategy. I have worked with businesses from under a million to over a hundred million in revenue. Complex businesses need someone who stays steady when everything is moving. I do.
I am a certified Life Coach School coach, and I work on the person leading the business alongside the structure around them. The operational build only holds if the owner is clear, committed, and doing their own work. I am certified to help with all three.
The Operator Room
$24.99, one time
Two minutes in the morning: set the number and the intention for the day. Three minutes in the evening: did it happen, why not, what changes tomorrow. One weekly review to find the patterns and decide what adjusts next month. A quarterly employee evaluation so you always know where your team stands. A quarterly planning tool so you stop running the business reactively and start running it on purpose. For $24.99, this is a significant amount of structure in one place.

Every engagement starts with a conversation to make sure we are a good fit, then a SWOT analysis so I understand what I am looking at. Where it goes from there depends on the company. Some owners want to work directly with me on themselves and the business. Others want me in it: training leaders, running quarterly planning, doing on-sites, working with the team. The scope is built around what the company needs.

About
I started in retail management and fashion merchandising, then moved into ad agency work where I ran strategy for Fortune 50 brands. Along the way I took on corporate roles in HR and operations, not because they were part of a plan, but because I was willing to try things outside my lane. That turned out to be the whole point. Every role taught me a different way of seeing how a business works versus how the person running it thinks it works.
In January 2020, I became COO and general manager of All Hours Plumbing, Heating and Air. I had never worked in trades. That turned out to be the gift. I came in without the assumptions everyone else in the industry carried, and I saw things differently because of it. The business was losing $500K a year. COVID hit two months in. We figured it out, built the systems, grew the team from 75 to 130 people, and sold the company in August 2023 at $20M revenue and 17% profitability. From walking in the door to closing the sale.
Since then I have worked with companies from under a million to over a hundred million in revenue. The size changes every time. The problems rarely do.
I am also a certified coach through The Life Coach School. I work on the person running the business, not just the business itself. In my experience, those two things are rarely as separate as people think.
On-sites are where I do my best work. There is nothing like the moment a room full of people figures out what they are capable of.
Consulting
Every engagement starts with a conversation to see if we fit. If we do, the SWOT analysis comes first. That tells me what I'm looking at. Everything after is built around what your business needs — some owners want to work directly on themselves, others want me inside the business working with their leaders, running quarterly planning, doing on-sites, building the management layer. In person or remote, depending on what the company needs. The scope is never fixed.
I will tell you what I find, including the things that are uncomfortable to hear. Owners who can take that and act on it get results. That is who I work best with.
